Workshop Cancellation Policy

At Wilted Willow LLC, we want to ensure that every participant has a relaxing, creative, and enjoyable experience while also being mindful of the planning and preparation required for each workshop. Please review our cancellation policy below before registering.

Workshop Registrations & Cancellations

All workshop registrations are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or make changes to your registration, please review the following guidelines:

  • 48 Hours Notice:
    If you are unable to attend a workshop, we are happy to offer studio credit when notified at least 48 hours prior to the workshop date. You are also welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member — we simply ask that you notify us in advance.
  • Less Than 48 Hours Notice:
    Unfortunately, we are unable to offer credits, refunds, or rescheduling requests with less than 48 hours’ notice. Each workshop requires extensive preparation, including ordering supplies, preparing materials, and planning based on attendee count.

About Our Policy

Wilted Willow LLC carefully prepares each workshop experience in advance to ensure every guest has an elevated and personalized experience. Materials, ingredients, packaging, tools, and setup are all purchased and prepared according to the number of registered attendees.

Because of this, last-minute cancellations and no-shows result in unrecoverable costs for our small business. To continue offering high-quality workshops at accessible pricing, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, including for illness, travel delays, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If you are unable to attend, we highly encourage transferring your reservation to a friend so your spot may still be enjoyed.

Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. While we cannot guarantee exceptions to our cancellation policy, we encourage you to reach out to us if you are experiencing a unique circumstance. We will always do our best to assist whenever possible.
